Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

All orders received by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped same day.  Stocker and Sons will try to ship any orders placed after 3:00.  

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped UPS ground. 

If you are ordering in the tri-state area, you can expect to receive your shipment the day after placing your order.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted by Stocker and Sons within two weeks of receiving your shipment. A return authorization number (RAN) is required for authorized returns. The RAN can be received by calling (631) 472-1881 and speaking to a Stocker representative.

Returns are potentially subject to a 15% restocking fee, if the part is being returned for reasons other than that it is defective. Additionally, if the shipment is being returned for reasons other than that it is defective, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
